- improving the quality of agricultural crops and increasing yields;
- the necessity of using quality seeds to ensure high yields and stable incomes.
- However, the ministry also warns:
- if farmers cannot provide proof of quality, certification, and origin of seeds, they risk losing state benefits.
To date, the state offers:
- preferential loans for peasants and farmers;
- allocation of land plots to large farms according to resolution No. 309;
- comprehensive support for large cooperatives.
The ministry emphasizes that the use of non-certified seeds may lead to the loss of access to these opportunities and urges farmers to be careful in their choice of seeds.
