As a result of the audit conducted by the Accounts Chamber, it was found that the total amount of financial violations reached 1,585,293.5 thousand soms. Of this amount, 349,414.9 thousand soms is subject to recovery, of which 122,191.3 thousand soms, or 35%, has already been reimbursed during the audit.
The largest volume of violations was found in the accounting of accounts receivable, which amounted to 1,169,294.1 thousand soms.
Additionally, the audit also revealed an overstatement of the cost and volume of construction and installation works amounting to 166,087.5 thousand soms, as well as the use of budget funds for expenses that should be financed from other sources, totaling 85,000.0 thousand soms.
Furthermore, operations conducted outside the Unified Treasury Account were recorded, amounting to 40,182.3 thousand soms, violations in salary payments totaling 24,035.2 thousand soms, and the presence of unaccounted property worth 26,637.3 thousand soms.
Among other violations, there were noted delays and incomplete transfers of funds to the budget, unjustified advance payments, and issues in the implementation of investment projects.
The Accounts Chamber reported that following the audit, recommendations were made to address the identified violations and improve financial discipline.
