Hundreds of workers and units of equipment are involved in the large-scale construction
Near Bishkek, major reconstruction works are currently underway on the Northern Bypass Road. The Ministry of Transport of the Kyrgyz Republic has confirmed the information about the start of these activities.
The goal of this reconstruction is to increase the road's capacity and improve traffic flow. The width of the highway will be expanded to six lanes, each measuring 3.75 meters.
Impressive resources have been mobilized for the work: over 500 specialists and 240 units of equipment are working around the clock.
Engineers have already presented reports on the completion of key stages: the installation of span slabs on the bridge over the Nooruz River and the installation of supports across the canal.
