Agricultural Census 2026: All Enumerators Will Carry a Badge with a QR Code
The National Statistical Committee reported that tablets, mobile devices, and specialized software will be used for this census.
This approach, as emphasized, will improve the quality of data collection, speed up the information processing, and reduce the likelihood of errors related to the human factor.
The collected data will be transmitted to a centralized server in real-time while adhering to all norms of confidentiality and information protection.
The National Statistical Committee also reminded that each enumerator must carry a badge with personal information. This badge will contain a QR code, which, when scanned, will provide access to detailed information about the enumerator.
According to the agency, the digital agricultural census is an important step in the process of digital transformation of the agricultural sector and improving management in this area.
The census will cover agricultural organizations, as well as farms and peasant households, and personal subsidiary farms of citizens.
The National Statistical Committee notes that the results of the census will serve as the basis for developing effective state policies in the field of agriculture, which will help strengthen food security and ensure sustainable development of regions.
The results of the census will be available to a wide range of users, including government agencies, the business community, and scientific institutions.
