```html Changes to the decree on the temporary ban on the export of oil and petroleum products outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union have been made by the Cabinet of Ministers.
The changes pertain to the decree adopted on March 1, 2021, under number 66.
According to the new version of the document, certain types of fuel intended for processing at domestic oil refineries are now exempt from the ban.
Exemptions have been made for products that will be supplied for processing to LLC "China Petrol Company Junda" and JSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz." This list includes gasoline AI-92 (K-2), gasoline AI-80, diesel fuel (K-2), fuel oil, naphtha, and heating fuel.
However, restrictions on the export of crude oil under the EAEU HS codes 2709 and petroleum products under code 2710, by both road and rail transport, remain in effect for countries within the Eurasian Economic Union.
This decree will come into effect upon its official publication.
