A new decree has been adopted in Kyrgyzstan that adjusts the restrictions on the export of petroleum products to countries outside the EAEU. According to this document, "China Petrol Company Junda" has received permission to export K-2 class diesel fuel, as well as AI-80 and AI-92 grade gasoline beyond the customs territory of the union.
Since March 2021, there has been a ban on the export of oil and petroleum products outside the customs territory of the EAEU in Kyrgyzstan. This decision now creates an exception for the specified plant, allowing it to enter the markets of third countries.
