According to him, the program is aimed at farmers, breeding farms, and importers engaged in the breeding and import of high-quality cattle.
The main requirement — the cattle must be breeding stock and possess the necessary documentation (breeding card). The loan is provided for a period of 5 years (60 months) with a grace period of six months, during which borrowers are not required to make payments.
The head of the management added that the relevant government decree, adopted on February 23, 2026, has already come into force, and banks have begun working with clients to develop repayment schedules.
