- Since the beginning of 2026, the department has received 323 units of project and estimate documentation. Of these, 249 have passed the project and technical expertise. Among those reviewed are 192 projects that were carried over from 2025 and 57 new projects submitted at the beginning of the current year.
- Currently, the review of 151 units of project and estimate documentation is ongoing, for which the expertise is still being conducted.
- In addition, 115 units of documentation have been returned for revision to address comments and make necessary changes.
“Every facility planned for construction must undergo mandatory state expertise of project and estimate documentation. Construction work can only begin after receiving a positive conclusion from the experts,” the Ministry of Construction noted.
