The presidential representative's office in the Jalal-Abad region noted that rumors about the "freezing" of the project are not true. Currently, the construction of the new airport, located on an area of 381 hectares, is proceeding on schedule.
The project is being implemented with the support of the OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan," and the general contractor is the GP "Kyrgyzstroyservice," operating under the auspices of the Presidential Administration.
