According to information from the prosecutor's office, the official event was attended by the presidential representative in the region, the head of the regional internal affairs department, the head of the Main Department of the State National Security Committee, as well as the heads of the territorial offices of the State Tax Service.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to the inadmissibility of interference in the activities of entrepreneurs. Representatives of supervisory bodies emphasized that in the event of violations of the rights of businessmen by state structures, the prosecutor's office would take strict measures within the framework of the law.
The participants also discussed Presidential Decree No. 18 dated January 28, 2026, which imposes a ban on unscheduled tax audits until the end of 2026. "This measure is aimed at supporting business, improving the investment climate, and creating favorable conditions for entrepreneurship," it was noted at the meeting.
At the end of the event, representatives of the relevant government agencies answered questions from the participants. The prosecutor's office of the Jalal-Abad region confirmed that work to ensure legality in the business sector and protect the rights of entrepreneurs would continue as a priority.
