Kyrgyzstan modernizes agriculture: 14 new MTS and 68 cooperatives opened

Last year, significant steps were taken in Kyrgyzstan to improve agricultural infrastructure, as reported by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry. In particular, the construction of a quarantine laboratory began in Jalal-Abad, and $350,000 was allocated for the renovation of the laboratory in Balakchy.

Additionally, 14 new MTS were opened in the country, creating 60 jobs. Furthermore, 68 new cooperatives were established.

According to the Ministry, these infrastructure projects aim to modernize the agricultural sector, improve the quality and increase the volume of produced goods, as well as provide practical assistance to farmers.
