According to the forecasts of this ranking, the highest level of food inflation in 2026 is expected in Iran — 55.9%, while in China and India this figure will be 0%.
Kyrgyzstan, with an expected inflation rate of 9.4%, is positioned between Mongolia and Ukraine in the ranking.
Among the CIS countries in the Top 20 with the highest inflation forecasts are:
- Kazakhstan — 12.7% (9th place),
- Kyrgyzstan — 9.4% (14th place),
- Ukraine — 9.2% (15th place)*,
- Belarus — 8.9% (16th place).
* — Ukraine has ceased participation in statutory bodies since 2018, and from 2022 to 2026 is actively denouncing agreements with the CIS, effectively withdrawing from the organization.
