According to ministry representatives, the new complex will enable modern methods of wastewater treatment, reduce negative environmental impact, and create favorable conditions for the deep processing of livestock products, including meat, leather, gelatin, and by-products.
- OAO "Kyrgyz Agroholding" acts as the strategic coordinator for the development of the agro-industrial zone;
- The customer for the construction is the Department of Drinking Water Supply and Wastewater, which operates under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry;
- Design, equipment supply, installation, and construction work will be carried out by the company China Road.
