According to information released by the press service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, the new project will be implemented under a decree from the Cabinet of Ministers and will become part of the overall strategy for the development of this zone.
The complex of treatment facilities will provide modern wastewater treatment, which will help reduce the negative impact on nature and create opportunities for deep processing of livestock products such as meat, leather, gelatin, and offal.
The Department of Drinking Water Supply and Wastewater Disposal at the Ministry of Water Resources is the customer for the construction, while the strategic coordinator is OJSC "Kyrgyz Agroholding." The contracting work will be carried out by China Road, which is responsible for design, supply of necessary equipment, as well as installation and construction work.
The ministry is confident that the implementation of this project will significantly strengthen the infrastructure of the agro-industrial zone, enhance the safety of production processes, ecological sustainability, and investment attractiveness of the region.
