In the village of Sokuluk, the dismantling of an illegal structure is underway on Frunze Street.
Specialists examined the buildings located on Frunze Street in the village of Sokuluk and found that a two-story building was being constructed without the necessary design and permit documents.
As a result of the inspection, the following measures were taken regarding the owner:
- a directive was issued requiring the elimination of identified violations;
- the procedure for obtaining permit documentation in accordance with legislative requirements was explained;
- work was carried out to clarify the responsibility for violations.
“Currently, the owner of the property has begun the voluntary dismantling of the illegally constructed building. The process is under constant control of the office until its completion,” the Ministry of Construction noted.
