According to Mavlyanova, the transition to organic farming can not only increase the level of export of environmentally friendly products but also contribute to regional development and reduce population migration abroad.
The deputy suggested starting with the development of vacant rainfed (non-irrigated) lands by installing drip irrigation systems. This will allow for the efficient use of limited water resources and increase yields without the use of chemicals.
