Kyrgyzstan Reduced Passenger Car Imports in 2025 » Gazeta.kg

In 2025, from January to December, Kyrgyzstan imported 139,065 passenger cars, totaling $1 billion 78.6 million. This data was presented by the National Statistical Committee.

Compared to the previous year, the number of imported passenger cars decreased by 1,967 units. The cost of imports also fell by 38.1%. Mainly, cars were imported from South Korea (58,920 units), China (49,497 units), the USA (9,792 units), Japan (4,869 units), and Russia (4,036 units).

For comparison, in 2024, Kyrgyzstan imported 141,032 passenger cars worth over $1.7 billion.
