The plot, covering 8.83 hectares, is located in the territory of the Aiyl aimak of Jazy in the Uzgen district. Previously, this land was state-owned and had the status of "Water Fund Land."
According to the adopted decision, the plot now falls under the category of "Land for industry, transport, communications, energy, defense, and other purposes."
The State Administration of the Uzgen district is required to:
- make the necessary changes to the land registration documentation;
- develop and approve urban planning documentation;
- ensure the use of the plot for its intended purpose;
- comply with sanitary and environmental standards;
- ensure safe drainage and take anti-seismic measures;
- monitor the use of the plot and reclaim it if necessary;
- protect objects of historical and cultural heritage;
- compensate for possible losses in agriculture and forestry.
This resolution will come into effect 10 days after its official publication.
