This tariff schedule will be in effect temporarily until March 1, 2027. The previously effective orders of the Antimonopoly Service dated April 29, 2025, No. 33, and June 25, 2025, No. 49, are hereby canceled.
Tariffs for Irrigation Water
According to the new tariff schedule, the following rates are established (in soms per 1 cubic meter of water):
Irrigation of Land:
– I–IV quarters — 0.05 soms
– II–III quarters — 0.15 soms
For the energy sector, drinking water supply, and fishery activities, the rate is set at 0.15 soms (throughout the year).
For industry, the tariff is set at 0.40 soms (also year-round).
These tariffs apply within the Unified Register of State Services and pertain to the supply of water from state water management systems depending on the volume of consumption.
The Water Resources Service must accomplish the following tasks:
- Formalize the tariff schedule in the established manner;
- Submit it to the Antimonopoly Service;
- Publish the tariffs in the state and official languages in accessible places for consumers.
