The largest share of the domestic debt consists of loans from long-term securities, which total $3 billion 539.45 million (99%). The external debt is largely formed by the Export-Import Bank of China, which provides $1 billion 500.86 million (28.1%).
According to preliminary estimates, as of December 31, the state debt amounted to 39.46% of the projected GDP for 2025.
