According to the official document, "Asker Service" will act as the main intermediary for all operations related to the export, import, and re-export of goods pertaining to military, dual-use, and special spheres. This structure will also be responsible for domestic procurement of weapons, military equipment, ammunition, and special gear necessary for the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic and other military units.
In addition, "Asker Service" will take on tasks related to the development of the defense industry, the implementation of modern technologies, and the execution of import substitution programs.
This enterprise will also provide trade and household services for military personnel and their families living in garrisons and military towns.
As part of the financial recovery of the Ministry of Defense, funding is planned to be allocated for the repayment of debts accumulated by the reorganizing departmental enterprises.
