Analytical materials emphasize that one of the factors contributing to the increase in these indicators is the development of the light industry, including textile and garment production. The production volumes of textiles, clothing, footwear, and leather goods increased by 9.6%.
The growth is attributed to the expansion of production capacities and the launch of new enterprises, as well as the development of businesses in regions such as Osh, Talas, Naryn, and Issyk-Kul, where garment and textile companies are actively operating, along with wool processing and the production of related goods.
It is also noted that the diversification of export markets and the development of e-commerce, including the use of marketplaces, have contributed to this growth. By the end of 2025, more than 20,000 sellers from Kyrgyzstan were registered on such platforms.
