At the same time, in the consumer lending sector, licenses have been issued to new companies "Tumar Garant" and "Omega Express" to carry out pawnshop activities.
In addition, the agency responsible for regulating the financial market has registered securities issues for six companies. Among them, the confectionery house "Kulikovsky" received permission to conduct the lottery "Umraga Sapar."
Founding stock issues have also been registered for new players, such as CJSC "Vog" and JSC "Ala-Too Resort." The results of additional emissions and reports on investment shares have been approved for:
- CJSC "Belen Group";
- JSC MFC "Abiyir Finance";
- CJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan";
- LLC "Erkindik Finance".
It should be noted that the representative office of "Micro Capital" in Bishkek has ceased operations. New companies have been added to the register of audit organizations: "Progress Audit," "Grand Audit," and "Business Process Solution." Eight new specialists have also been registered in the unified state register of auditors.
It is worth noting that in 2025, the licenses of 35 pawnshops were suspended in the country.
