He noted that last year local self-government bodies implemented 89 projects using incentive grants from the Ministry of Finance. The total amount of investments reached 365 million 872 thousand soms, of which 191 million 879 thousand came from grant funds, while 173 million 993 thousand were allocated from the own resources of the ayil okmotu.
Zhantaev emphasized that the plenipotentiary office actively initiates new investment projects without waiting for investors to be attracted.
The main areas of international cooperation for the Chui region include exchanging experiences with developed regions of other countries in such fields as trade, science, technology, social issues, and culture, as well as increasing the investment potential of the region.
According to the official, the Chui region is currently actively cooperating with the Leningrad region of Russia and provinces of China, including Shandong, Shanxi, Gansu, and Xinjiang.
