- "I did not take a single dollar from Duman Sherefa," said Urmat Amanbaeva, former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, during a press conference held at AKIpress.

She rejected Sherefa's accusations that she failed to fulfill the terms of a contract for the transfer of about $500,000 for the construction of a residential complex in Osh, emphasizing that she had not received any funds from him.

“In 2020, a friend introduced me to this Turkish citizen, who turned out to be an entrepreneur building a residential complex in Osh. We discussed the possibility of constructing a house on a joint basis and purchased a plot of land. The six apartments he mentions were supposed to be his share in the building in exchange for the plot. However, after signing the contract, it turned out that the land belonged to the city hall. Since it was not their land, our agreement was annulled. In 2021, the Osh city hall unilaterally terminated the lease with the company 'Meh Mer' and reclaimed the plot. Currently, a building has been constructed on that site through GIK, and people live there. The court proceedings in this case have concluded, and I was found not guilty,” she added.

Additionally, Amanbaeva commented on issues related to the transfer of the kindergarten to Duman Sherefa.

“In fact, it was not a kindergarten, but a commercial space. According to the agreement, we committed to building a residential complex on their land and providing them with six apartments. Instead of apartments, we offered this space, but after reviewing the documents, Sherefa refused, citing discrepancies. It's good that he did not accept this offer; otherwise, I would not be able to return it now,” concluded Amanbaeva.
