Osmonov noted that the implementation of a new model for working with investors is planned.
“The transfer of land plots will not be the only measure. We will focus on restoring the operation of idle enterprises. The state will act as an intermediary, helping to establish contact between the owners of non-operating facilities and potential investors, as well as signing memorandums and organizing negotiations,” he emphasized.
According to the representative, this will allow idle factories to be launched, establish contacts with their owners, and create new jobs.
“At the same time, we guarantee the preservation of agricultural land and the minimization of corruption risks,” Osmonov added.
As part of the "Modern Chuy" concept, emphasis will be placed on the phased improvement of the quality of drinking water, electricity supply, and road infrastructure.
