In Kyrgyzstan, 173.6 billion soms of investments were utilized from 2021 to 2025.
In the department, details were announced regarding the implementation of strategically important projects in areas such as transport, energy, water supply, healthcare, and agriculture.
Transport — 47,771.4 million soms
As part of the urban transport renewal, 124 buses powered by compressed natural gas (CNG) and 120 electric buses were purchased, and 85 charging stations were installed.
Important road projects have been completed: an alternative North-South highway has been built, sections of the Bishkek–Osh road have been updated, and an international route from Tyup to Kegen has been opened.
Energy — 38,402.3 million soms
A 500 kV power transmission line "Datka" with a length of 329.63 km has been constructed, with 897 supports and 281 transformers installed, as well as 10 transformers at 35 kV.
500.1 thousand "smart" meters have been put into operation, 2 hydro units at the hydropower plant have been replaced, adding 120 MW of capacity.
719.5 km of lines have been laid for the companies Oshelectro, Issyk-Kul, and Naryn PES, and 117,352 electricity metering devices have been installed.
Water Supply — 23,165.7 million soms
796 villages have gained access to drinking water, with work completed in 76 of them, providing water supply for 174 thousand residents; work is ongoing in 258 villages.
The construction of wastewater treatment facilities in Karakol is in the final stages.
Healthcare — 6,597.1 million soms
The National Perinatal Center has been opened, 10 PCR laboratories have been equipped, and ambulances and medical equipment for regional hospitals have been purchased.
Agriculture and Irrigation — 16,878.3 million soms
As a result of the work, 17.7 thousand cows have been artificially inseminated, about 10 thousand calves have been born, 11 thousand heads of livestock have been purchased, and support has been provided to 7,378 farmers amounting to 934.6 million soms.
12,162 hectares of irrigated land have been modernized, 17.981 km of main and 29.717 km of intra-farm canals have been constructed, and new hydroposts and equipment have been installed.
