The total volume of external financing is estimated at 120.1 billion soms, while the total budget for state investments will amount to 128.4 billion soms.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the priority areas for financing will include: the development of transport infrastructure, water supply and sewage systems, the construction of social housing, as well as the energy sector, agriculture, healthcare, education, and social welfare, including economic support.
