As Ismailov noted, land use agreements are usually concluded for one year, but with the possibility of extending the lease term up to three years.
“The commission most often provides the plot for one year, as it is currently unknown how the installed devices will function. If necessary, the agreement can be extended for up to three years,” he added.
The specialist also emphasized that the responsibility for the maintenance of electric charging stations lies with the entrepreneurs: “They are obliged to monitor the condition of their facility. External control over the use of the land plot is carried out by the land use control department. In case of violations, a notification is issued, and a report on the offense is drawn up.”
Additionally, Ismailov noted that the owners of charging stations must ensure the improvement of the surrounding area and install appropriate signs to indicate where stopping is allowed and which land plot belongs to them.
