“To submit an application, any individual or legal entity must contact the Bishkek city hall. The application must include a site map, which can be obtained through Google, photographs of the site, and a copy of the passport. If the applicant is a legal entity, a registration document must also be provided,” Ismailov clarified.
He added that after registration, the application is sent to Bishkek City Architecture for determining the boundaries of the land plot.
“If the decision is positive, the city hall receives an architectural and technical conclusion. Then the documents are forwarded to the commission responsible for allocating land for simplified type facilities. In case of approval, a lease agreement is signed, the terms and conditions of which, including the rent, are established by the commission and can be for a period of up to three years,” Ismailov noted.
According to him, since the beginning of 2023, 82 plots with a total area of 4,870 square meters have already been allocated in Bishkek for electric charging stations, with a total value of 2 million 527 thousand soms. The amount of monthly rent is also fixed in the lease agreement.
