A comprehensive seminar aimed at educating local farmers was held in the Kara-Kulja district, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic. The event was an important step towards enhancing the qualifications of agrarians and implementing modern technologies in agricultural production.
The main objective of the seminar was to provide gardeners with knowledge on how to avoid common mistakes in agronomy and apply scientific methods in practice. Participants received valuable recommendations on selecting quality seedlings and learned about the importance of certified seeds for obtaining a rich harvest.
Experts emphasized the biological characteristics of fruit crops, discussing the rules for planting them, methods of caring for plants in different seasons, and ways to protect them from pests. They highlighted that strict adherence to these recommendations contributes not only to increased production volumes but also to improved product quality, which, in turn, leads to higher incomes for farmers.
These initiatives from the Department are aimed at increasing the level of knowledge among farmers, as well as at the long-term development of horticulture and seed production in Kara-Kulja.
