At the board meeting held on February 12, a decision was made to dismiss Marlis Usenov from the position of managing director, where he also served as a board member. Currently, his successor has not yet been appointed.
Usenov has been serving as managing director since February 2025. Previously, he held various positions in the bank's technical department.
