The government extended the zero VAT rate on feed for fish farms.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has decided to extend the zero VAT rate on feed intended for fish farms until the end of 2027. The corresponding amendments to the resolution "On measures to ensure food security and stabilize market prices" were signed by the head of government Adylbek Kasymaliev.

This decision was made to support local producers.

According to the new document, no tax will be levied on the sale of feed if it is supplied directly to fish farming enterprises from producers.

The government is confident that such measures will reduce costs for industry workers, increase the volume of domestic production, and guarantee stable prices for fish.
