According to him, the "FSH-14" program has already started operating, and potential borrowers can submit applications at bank branches. It is impossible to obtain a loan without prior registration in the electronic queue.
The deputy minister also noted that after the program is approved, banks must conduct outreach among citizens. Currently, financial institutions have begun publishing information on social media and in their offices.
He urged farmers and agricultural producers to submit applications in advance and join the queue to participate in the program.
