First Deputy Minister of Economy Choro Seitiov presented a report on the state of the economy for 2025, noting significant growth: the GDP volume reached 1,976.4 billion soms, and the real growth rate reached 111.1%. In 2026, the government plans to implement comprehensive reforms covering several key areas.

As part of the industrialization efforts, the establishment of a special Fund for Industrial and Technological Development and the construction of an electric vehicle manufacturing plant in the Sokuluk district of the Chui region are planned. A new Industry Development Strategy until 2030 and a relevant law concerning industrial policy will also be developed.

To form a regional hub, the "Export Accelerator" program will be launched to support sewing companies in entering the European Union market and help berry producers tap into the UAE and European markets. Priority will be given to the export of dried fruits, nuts, and felt products within the GSP+ system.

In the tourism sector, the focus is on attracting investments through the creation of an "Investment Package" and legalizing modern forms of recreation, such as glamping and eco-hotels. The implementation of national service quality standards according to international practices and the development of tourist clusters are also planned.

Following the meeting, Bakyt Torobaev instructed to conduct an audit of all industrial facilities in the country to provide targeted state support. The Deputy Prime Minister also suggested that the ministry work on the creation of modern data centers that meet international standards to satisfy the growing global demand for data storage.
