Revenue of residents of the High Technology Park reached 17 billion soms in 2025

The results of the activities of the residents of the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic (HTP) in 2025 showed significant growth. According to information provided by the HTP, the total revenue of the companies reached 17.1 billion soms (equivalent to $195.4 million). This is an increase of 50% compared to the previous year, when the revenue was 11.4 billion soms ($130.3 million). These figures indicate the stable development of Kyrgyzstan's IT ecosystem and the growing importance of this sector for the country's economy.

Exports continue to lead
In 2025, the exports of HTP residents amounted to 16.3 billion soms ($186.3 million), which is 95.3% of the total income. For comparison, in 2024, exports were 10.67 billion soms ($122 million) and accounted for 93.57% of total revenue. This means that exports increased by 52.8%, and its share in total income rose by almost 2 percent.
Moreover, the geography of exports expanded: while in 2024 HTP companies worked with 64 countries, in 2025 this figure grew to 70 countries.
Number of residents and jobs
By the end of 2025, there were 463 resident companies registered in the HTP. This also led to the creation of about 3,000 new jobs, highlighting the further development of the IT sector and the growing demand for skilled personnel.
Increase in tax contributions
In 2025, HTP residents contributed to the state budget:
* Insurance contributions — 142 million soms ($1.62 million), which is 34.6% more compared to 2024 (105.5 million soms or $1.2 million);
* Income tax — 284 million soms ($3.25 million), which exceeds the 2024 figure by 42.6% (199.2 million soms or $2.3 million).
Overall, the volume of tax and social payments amounted to 426 million soms ($4.87 million), which is significantly more than 304.7 million soms ($3.5 million) in 2024. The total growth of budget contributions was almost 40%, emphasizing the growing contribution of the IT industry to Kyrgyzstan's economy.
Results of 2025
The year 2025 was a landmark year for the High Technology Park, marking:
* a 50% increase in revenue;
* a 52% increase in exports;
* an expansion of geography to 70 countries;
* a nearly 40% increase in tax and social payments;
* an export share reaching 95.3%.
These results confirm that the HTP continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading export and technological drivers of the country's economy.
