Of this amount, 95.3% was from exports, totaling 16.3 billion soms (about $186.3 million). The volume of exports grew by 52.8%, and its share in total revenues increased by almost 2%. The number of countries with which HTP companies worked also increased: from 64 in 2024 to 70 in 2025.
According to representatives of the management, "the number of jobs created approached 3,000, indicating further growth in the IT sector and increased demand for skilled personnel."
In 2025, HTP residents contributed to the budget:
- insurance contributions amounted to 142 million soms ($1.62 million), which is 34.6% higher than in 2024 (105.5 million soms, or $1.2 million);
- income tax amounted to 284 million soms ($3.25 million), increasing by 42.6% compared to 2024 (199.2 million soms, or $2.3 million).
It should be noted that the High Technology Park of the Kyrgyz Republic represents a special legal regime aimed at developing the IT industry and technological business. HTP residents enjoy competitive tax advantages: 0% VAT, 0% profit tax, and 0% sales tax, provided they meet the established requirements.
