In addition, 63 strategically important facilities and facilities for law enforcement agencies were implemented, 30 kindergartens for 2,305 places and 18 sports complexes, as well as cultural facilities were built.
Furthermore, the construction of 17 irrigation facilities, 12 administrative buildings and fire stations, as well as nine healthcare facilities providing 50 hospital beds was completed. As part of the program, eight water supply facilities were also created, serving 97,245 residents from ten settlements.
