Chui region took second place, with 215.8 thousand square meters of housing built (11.9% of the total volume). Here, there was a growth of 42.8% compared to 2024.
Jalal-Abad region contributed 311.8 thousand square meters of housing (17.1%), which is an increase of 4% relative to the previous year.
The volume of housing commissioned in Osh region amounted to 206.4 thousand square meters (11.3%), with an increase of 8.2%.
In the city of Osh, 194.4 thousand square meters of housing were built, which is 55.5% more than in the previous year. The share of this city in the total construction volume was 10.7%.

Thus, in 2025, the main volume of housing construction was concentrated in Bishkek and Chui region, while the highest growth rates were observed in the city of Osh and Chui region.
