As a result of the reforms carried out by the State Tax Service, a decision was made to abandon excessive business inspections. This was announced by Almambet Shykmamatov, head of the State Tax Service, at a recent board meeting summarizing the agency's work.
The head of the State Tax Service emphasized that the agency aims to avoid direct pressure on entrepreneurs, as stable budget revenue cannot be based on fear.
Shykmamatov also added that by 2025, the central office of the State Tax Service will completely cease conducting field inspections. This innovation will significantly reduce corruption risks at this level.
In addition, the State Tax Service has revised its approaches to the appointment and conduct of inspections in territorial subdivisions. A system of control and coordination has been established in the agency, which focuses not on the number of inspections but on their justification and quality.
