One of the key meetings was a discussion with Eleonora Rizzuto, Director of Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility of the Bvlgari group and other LVMH brands. Shykmamatov shared information about the current state of the jewelry industry in Kyrgyzstan, as well as the reforms and state support measures aimed at developing production in this sector.
The parties discussed Kyrgyzstan's opportunities in the processing of precious metals and stones, as well as the prospects for attracting foreign investments and establishing partnerships with international brands. As a result of the negotiations, a decision was made to train Kyrgyz jewelers at Bvlgari.
Additionally, the head of the STS met with Massimo Polero, president of the association of manufacturers and exporters of jewelry equipment, where they discussed ways to cooperate in this area. Shykmamatov proposed options for joint actions, including the purchase of equipment from the company AFEMO to create a full production cycle of jewelry in Kyrgyzstan.
