At a recent meeting of the board of the State Tax Service, letters of appreciation from the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and honorary certificates from the Cabinet of Ministers were awarded to specialists who participated in the creation of the automated information system for tax analysis "Salyk Kyzat". The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and the head of the President's administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, noted their significant contribution to the development of the financial and economic potential of the country.
Letters of appreciation from the President of the Kyrgyz Republic were awarded to the following specialists:
– Shamsybek Kachkynbay uulu, director of the state institution "Salyk Service" under the State Tax Service;
– Beku Jumadilovich Mamadaliev, head of the analytical work department of the State Tax Service;
– Adilet Zhanibekovich Usunov, independent external expert.
In addition, honorary certificates from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic were awarded to the following employees for their significant contribution:
– Almaz Kalmatovich Borubekov, head of the sectoral analytics department of the analytical work department of the State Tax Service;
– Mirbek Tilekovich Saparov, head of the data systems analytics department of the analytical work department of the State Tax Service;
– Talgat Shamilievich Adilgiriev, chief programmer of the software development department of the state institution "Salyk Service" under the State Tax Service;
– Dmitry Vadimovich Alexandrov, leading programmer of the software development department of the state institution "Salyk Service" under the State Tax Service.
The "Salyk Kyzat" system is aimed at improving analytical activities and increasing the transparency of tax administration, which contributes to making higher quality management decisions.
