Almambet Shykmamatov shared the results of the tax service's work for 2025
At a meeting of the board of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Chairman Almambet Shykmamatov emphasized that the results achieved in 2025 were the result of not random circumstances or favorable economic conditions.
“These achievements are the result of a purposeful and carefully calibrated state policy, implemented under the direction of the president and the cabinet of ministers, as well as the fruits of the systematic and responsible work of the entire staff of the Tax Service,” he noted.
According to Shykmamatov, a significant outcome of 2025 was not only the exceeding of planned indicators but also a fundamental change in the approach to interaction between the state and taxpayers.
“We are moving from a ‘controller — violator’ model to a ‘state — partner’ model. This change in perception has already led to tangible results for the budget and the economy as a whole, as confirmed by statistical data and growth dynamics,” added the head of the State Tax Service.
