The National Bank has decided to revoke licenses from several exchange offices for non-compliance with the norms of legislation and the rules established by the regulator.
According to the information, the licenses were annulled on February 3 and 4, 2026. The following exchange points, which conducted operations with cash foreign currency, were included in the list:
- License No. 6290, issued on May 11, 2022 — LLC "Forex Gold" (Osh region, Kara-Suu district, Kyzyl-Kyshtak rural community, village of Zhany-Turmush, landmark: "Dostuk-Autodorozhny" checkpoint);
- License No. 6719, issued on February 27, 2024 — LLC "Aziza LTD" (Osh city, Alymbek Datka street, 940/1);
- License No. 6879, issued on July 23, 2024 — LLC "Osman" (Osh city, Alymbek Datka street, 940a);
- License No. 6617, issued on October 31, 2023 — LLC "Oisha Finance" (Osh city, Kurmanjan Datka street, 643);
- License No. 6518, issued on April 20, 2023 — LLC "Ali Umar" (Osh city, Alymbek Datka street, 940/1);
- License No. 6479, issued on March 6, 2023 — LLC "M Yusuf" (Osh region, Kara-Suu district, Kyzyl-Kyshtak a/a, village of Andizhan, Kurmanjan Datka street, no number, landmark: Osh bus station);
- License No. 6471, issued on February 22, 2023 — LLC "Amanat Bereke" (Osh region, Kara-Suu district, Kyzyl-Kyshtak rural community, village of Zhany-Turmush, landmark: "Dostuk-Autodorozhny" checkpoint).
