
In 2026, 13,333 families will receive assistance from the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration as part of the social contract program. This was stated by Zhalyn Toktosunov, a leading specialist in the Employment Assistance Department.
According to him, this year over 13,000 citizens will be able to receive 150,000 soms each to develop their own businesses through this program. Participants will also have the opportunity to obtain a preferential loan of up to 200,000 soms from state banks such as "Eldik Bank" and "Aiyl Bank".
In addition, free training courses are provided for families engaged in agriculture. Zhalyn Toktosunov noted: "If you want to deepen your knowledge in the agricultural sector, you can contact the relevant departments and undergo training."
The goal of the social contract program is to support low-income families, promote entrepreneurship development, and increase the employment level of the population.
