The leaders in terms of supply volume were Mongolia (820 thousand tons) and Uzbekistan (510 thousand tons), while Kyrgyzstan exported 526 thousand tons, and Tajikistan — 406 thousand tons.
An industry source who provided information to "Kommersant" noted that in 2025, the volume of oil processing in Russia decreased by 1.7% compared to the previous year, amounting to 262.3 million tons due to unplanned shutdowns at oil refineries.
