Previously, similar financing mechanisms were only applied in the industrial sector. The expansion of this initiative to agriculture opens up new opportunities for cooperation among the member countries of the union, including the Kyrgyz Republic.
This new measure aims to stimulate import substitution processes, develop the processing of agricultural products, and increase the export potential of EAEU countries. According to ministry representatives, this decision will strengthen production chains in the agro-industrial complex and enhance the competitiveness of products by increasing their added value.
EEC experts believe that this step will not only accelerate integration but also contribute to the sustainable development of the agricultural sector.
