In the city of Osh, the number of complaints from residents about a new 6-story building constructed by the company "Emakom" has increased, particularly regarding the lack of a heating boiler. This was reported by deputy Azamat Israilov at a recent meeting.
Minister of Construction Nurdin Oruntaev added that "Emakom" is currently in a state of bankruptcy and is experiencing financial difficulties.
“Many of their projects in Bishkek and Osh are either unfinished or have not received permits for operation. We have already assisted in launching several projects and continue to work on this issue. By the president's directive, we will soon make decisions regarding unfinished buildings. We strongly advise citizens to be cautious and not to trust construction companies without the necessary documents, as well as to refrain from purchasing apartments at the foundation stage. It is important to understand that the cost of construction materials has increased, and some companies may lack the necessary financial resources,” the minister emphasized.
