The Deputy Suspected the Ministry of Construction and Construction Companies of Collusion
According to his claims, there are facilities where people are already living, but they are not formally registered as commissioned.
“As a result, taxes are not being collected for the budget. After the official commissioning, construction companies are required to pay taxes,” the deputy explained.
Tumonbaev expressed suspicion of a possible collusion between the Ministry of Construction and construction companies, which allows the latter to avoid tax payments.
“Who among you is interested in delaying the acceptance of these facilities for so long?” he asked.
In response, Minister of Construction Nurdin Oruntaev assured that no one is interested in such a situation.
“Until 2022, more than 200 construction projects did not have permits for commissioning and the corresponding documents. Since then, we have managed to resolve issues with 150 projects,” he clarified.
