"Ten Years of Homebuyers at the Dostuk Residential Complex Unable to Move In." A Deputy Requests Action Against the Asma Company
A. Merkanov reported that he has been unable to fully move into his apartment located at: Bishkek city, Abai street, house 93/2, in the residential complex "Dostuk" for the past ten years.
According to him, the construction of this complex was initially initiated by the company "Romford Trade," and in 2021, the firm "Asma," owned by Abdullatip Khashimov, joined the project. Since March 2022, funds have been collected from citizens under the pretext of imminent occupancy.
Furthermore, A. Merkanov noted that on September 5, 2025, Abdullatip Khashimov promised to complete the occupancy of the apartment owners by November 5.
However, as of today, 20 families have been forced to move into the apartments but are facing serious problems: there is no heating in the premises, electricity is regularly cut off, and doors and windows are not installed on the lower floors. In this regard, A. Merkanov called for action against the company "Asma."
Deputy Seidbek Atambaev appealed to representatives of the government and law enforcement agencies to investigate the situation and ensure the protection of the rights of the apartment owners of the residential complex "Dostuk."
